    • Role: Office Administrator
    • Salary: NJC Scale 4 Spine point 7-10 (£26,963 - £28,209 actual pay per annum)
    • Contract: Term Time plus 2 weeks

    About the role

    We are currently looking for an Office Administrator who has strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly and positively with visitors, staff, students, parents and carers. The post holder would be part of the school reception team and will also assist with general administration for the School, Operation Manager and Finance Officer.

    We are looking for an excellent administrator with the ability to work calmly under pressure. Exceptional organisational ability and high levels of accuracy are essential along with good IT skills including data entry and spreadsheets. You need to be an excellent communicator, able to liaise between exams boards, students staff and parents. Previous experience of exam administration is desirable.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Experience and knowledge about the exams process within secondary school setting, skill in the use of MS Excel, Office 365 and Management Information Systems
    • Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to manage concurrent tasks in a demand-led environment with a positive attitude and a flexible approach
