About the School
William Ellis School is a thriving, voluntary aided, non-denominational, inclusive comprehensive boys’ school serving the educational needs of boys from the ages of 11 to 18. About the role
We are looking for a Maths and Computing Teacher who can bring commitment and expertise to our curriculum offer, supporting and teaching students across all key stages. You would be supported in your professional development whatever your stage of teaching career.
You would be joining a very successful Maths and Computing Department. All teacher in the department are well qualified and highly ambitious for students and are strongly supported by the headteacher and the leadership team.
The successful candidate will be:
A Highly motivated and inspirational classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge
Committed to maximising pupil progress through setting high standards and by delivering effective teaching and learning
Able to motivate, lead, support and challenge students to be successful
Willing to acquire an understanding and knowledge of Computing and to teach the subject at Key Stage 3
